Summer Youth Theatre Camp 2009

Acting for Teens
July 6th to July 31st
Monday through Friday 9am to 2pm
15 to 19 year olds
Stage Door is proud to bring you “Guys and Dolls”!
This four week session will concentrate on all areas of a theatrical production from singing, dancing, and acting to set, props, and more on an advanced level. Come and have fun. No experience necessary.
Public performances will be July 30th, 31st, and August 1st.

Main Stage
July 20th to August 14th
Monday through Friday 9am to 2pm
9 to 14 year olds
We will work to produce the musical “Thoroughly Modern Millie Jr” a roaring good time through the 1920's. This four week session will concentrate on all areas of a theatrical production from singing, dancing, and acting to sets, props, and more!! Come and have fun. No experience necessary, just a willing attitude. Everyone is welcome.
Public perfomances will be August 13th, 14th, and 15th.

Shooting Stars
July 6th to July 17th
Monday through Friday 10am to 12pm
5 to 8 year olds
Musical Theatre at it's best! This group's focus is on a mini-musical. Lots of singing, dancing, and all around fun.
Public performances will be July 17th and July 18th.

Rising Stars
July 6th to July 17th
Monday through Friday 12:30pm to 3pm
8 to 12 year olds
This session's focus is on comedy. The children will produce and perform a one act play written especially for this age group.
Public performances will be July 17th and 18th.

All shows are at the EHS Community Auditorium.
